1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase from this website.

2. Our products

Minxy sells shapewear garments, including the Minxy Sculpt Brief. Our products are not medical devices or medically prescribed compression garments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Individual results may vary. Follow the size guide, stop wearing the garment if you feel pain or discomfort, and consult your doctor if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or have a medical condition.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in your local currency and may change at any time before you place your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or stock issue. If we cancel a paid order, you will be refunded in full.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds, including our 30-day return policy, are governed by our Refund Policy.

We make every effort to display our products, descriptions and images accurately. Colours and packaging may vary slightly. Content on this website is for general information only and is not medical advice.
