Refund Policy — 30-Day Returns

We want you to try Minxy with zero risk. If you are not happy with your results for any reason, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a full refund of the product price.

How to request a refund

Email hello@wearminxy.com with your order number and the word "refund". We reply within 24 hours on business days and confirm the next steps. We may ask you to send the item(s) back — worn and washed items are accepted.

Refund processing

Once your request is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it on your statement. Shipping fees, when charged, are not refundable unless the problem is our error.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or refund you in full, including shipping.

Order cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Email us as soon as possible — once the order has shipped, the refund policy above applies.

Multi-pair bundles

The 30-day return policy applies to every pair in your order, including bundles and special offers.

Your statutory rights (EU & UK customers)

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.
