Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union and other European countries shown at checkout, Australia and New Zealand.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates
- Standard Shipping: FREE on orders of $50 or more (or the equivalent in your local currency). Orders under $50: $2.95.
- Insured Express Shipping: $6.95 (United States), $5.95 (UK & Europe), $8.95 (Canada), $9.95 (Australia & New Zealand).
Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout. The exact cost is always displayed before you pay.
Estimated delivery times
- United States: 3 to 6 business days after shipping.
- United Kingdom: 3 to 7 working days after shipping, tracked. Canada, Europe, Australia & New Zealand: 6 to 12 business days after shipping.
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods or because of carrier delays.
Customs, duties and taxes
For international orders, import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country. When they are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
Track your package at any time with the link in your shipping confirmation email or on our Track my order page.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, email hello@wearminxy.com and we will help — including a free replacement when a package is confirmed lost.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address carefully. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering to change it. We cannot be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
