What size should I order?
Go by your waist measurement, not your jeans size — after a baby the two rarely match. Measure around your waist, about two inches above your belly button, and check the size chart. In between sizes? Size up for all-day comfort.
Can I wear it after a C-section?
Yes. You can start 6 weeks after a C-section (2 weeks after a vaginal birth), once your GP or midwife is happy. The soft, seamless fabric lies smoothly over the scar area and holds the tummy above it from every side.
Does it help with tummy separation (diastasis)?
